Shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for in-stock order processing. Default Shopify Shipping costs are placed.

When checking out, if in the correct Radius (MARKDALE/FLESHERTON/DUNDALK/DURHAM/HOLLAND CENTRE), shipping fee could be FREE or a small fee of $5 for LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders and pre-order processing. Customs and Import taxes are buyer responsibility. 

Madebymegant is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns

We will only offer returns to products that have been unworn and unused, up to 14 days/2 weeks after delivery. Product must be in original packaging. Packing Slip/Invoice must be included.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please feel free to message us at madebymegant@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipping is customer responsibility, purchase a label with tracking through your preferred carrier. Returns must be shipped within 14 days/2 weeks of receiving your order for a full refund to the original payment method. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns.

Madebymegant is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Order Cancellations

All order (including pre-orders) are FINAL. We do not accept order cancellations as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
